Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Naver Blog and Cafe automation service and public API that Groa (groa.im) provides (the "Service").
2. What the Service does
- Connect multiple Naver accounts and track their status
- Draft and review blog and cafe posts with AI
- Schedule publishing and record results
- Manage blog neighbors, managed cafes and per-cafe nicknames
- A public API for sending posts from your own systems (/api/v1/docs)
We improve the Service over time and give notice before material changes that work against you.
3. Your account
- You sign up with an email address and a password. You must be at least 14 years old.
- You are responsible for your password and the API keys you issue. If you suspect a leak, change your password or delete the key right away and let us know.
- You may not sign up with someone else's details or transfer or lend your account.
4. Connected accounts
- Connect only Naver and Tistory accounts you are authorized to use.
- Groa acts on connected accounts, for example publishing posts or managing neighbors, according to your instructions and settings. You are responsible for following each platform's terms and policies.
- Actions may fail or be delayed because of platform policy changes, security checks or account restrictions.
5. AI-generated content
- Posts and images written by AI can be wrong or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for what you publish.
- You own what you enter and the posts the Service creates for you. Groa stores and processes them only as needed to provide the Service.
6. Prohibited use
- Writing or publishing spam, false or exaggerated advertising, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Connecting accounts you have no right to use, or collecting other people's data without permission
- Circumventing rate limits or placing excessive load on the Service or API
- Reverse engineering the Service or trying to defeat its security
We may restrict access or terminate the agreement without prior notice when a violation is confirmed.
7. Public API
- Send your API key in the X-Api-Key header and do not share it with others.
- Requests above the per-key limits (60 per minute in general, 5 publishes per minute, 5 sign-ins per 10 minutes) may be rejected.
- The API is described in a public OpenAPI document. We announce incompatible changes in advance.
8. Fees
If we offer paid features, we will show the price and payment terms before you use them and charge only after you agree.
9. Interruptions
The Service may pause for maintenance, outages or changes on external platforms. We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever we can.
10. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Groa is not liable for losses caused by external platform policies or outages, platform sanctions against accounts you connect, or the content of posts you publish. The Service is provided as is.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing admin@groa.im. Your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that work against you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
